Entry and mandatory conditions

1. The birthday must be paid in full before the celebration. Otherwise, entry to the event will not be allowed.
2. All adults must register at the entrance. Admission for adults is always free, according to the package purchased.
3. Outside food, drinks, and surprises are not allowed.

Event entry

4. Entry is through the event entrance, located at Cenco Florida, third floor, outdoor tent. All details are registered in the system; you only need to give the group’s name and the birthday child’s name upon arrival.
5. There is no designated host: the whole group enters together through the same access point.
6. We recommend guests arrive with the full group so everyone can enter together and avoid delays at the entrance.

Access and activities

7. Children have access to all Family Fest activities included in the package purchased.
8. There is no priority access to activities for guests attending a birthday celebration.
9. The visit is not guided. Staff will only be available:
– At the entrance, to explain how the event works.
– During the celebration, for logistical support and gift delivery.

Food and redemption

10. The food tickets included in the package are redeemed at the F&B point in the central plaza.
11. Event staff can guide guests to the redemption point if needed.

Changes and add-ons

12. If guests not included in the original quote attend, each additional child is charged separately at the current list price, subject to availability. Additional adults are free of charge.
13. On the day of the birthday, additional products can be purchased at the regular prices posted at each point of sale.
14. No refunds are given for guests who do not attend on the day of the event.
15. No refunds are issued at the event or by the operations department.
